Background & Goals
I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at Fordham University, planning to defend my dissertation in Spring 2018. Previously, I earned an MA in Economics, MBA in International Business, and BS in Marketing Management. My post-college professional experience began in a corporate environment but quickly landed me in academia as an adjunct professor. My love for teaching and developing others led me to my current PhD program. My research in applied microeconomics examines health and employment. Ultimately, I hope to utilize my education, research and experience to find a tenure-track faculty position for Fall 2018; I am also interested in research opportunities inside and outside of academia.
